Once the clean is done the Fees you pay to our cleaner’s are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company on a going-forward basis. You are liable for any and all taxes (except taxes based on our income)
- CARE TAKERS CLEANING SERVICES will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website (e.g. a credit card or cash). If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase.
- CARE TAKERS CLEANING SERVICES has the right to apply penalties to its cleaner in the case of damage to the houses or house interiors in order to protect the community. However, what happens to the client's belongings and house interiors during the cleaning session is solely the client's responsibility. CARE TAKERS CLEANING SERVICES is not responsible for houses and interiors during the process of getting into the house or getting out of the house. CARE TAKERS CLEANING SERVICES are not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during the cleaning session.
- CARE TAKERS CLEANING SERVICES may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Dial4maid website 10 days in advance, but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of rates and fees
- If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card / debit card, you as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (for Services)

This is "DIAL4MAID" policy for Online Payments, Refunds and Cancellations (“Policy”). This policy applies only to activities "DIAL4MAID" (“Company”) engages in on its app DIAL4MAID.com (“APP”) and does not apply to "DIAL4MAID" activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the APP
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. The Website user will receive payment confirmation by email on the email address given at the time of order. The confirmation will be sent by the Company after the payment has been processed as soon as practically possible.
The Company will attempt to compensate the losses and will do this on a “best effort” basis however does not in any way guarantee that any compensation is paid to the user or that the user is refunded for the service cost. The Company may at its own discretion decide to partially or fully refund a user of the Website.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing back of the credit card.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS. If you need to can cancel/ postpone your booking please inform us 24 hours in advance in order to avoid any cancellation charges. Failing to do so will be charged as per company’s policy.
